Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating proposals in the AEC industry or a similar professional services environment.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the development of compliant, persuasive proposals and qualification packages aligned with client requirements and internal standards.
Lead coordination to compile and update proposal narratives, briefing materials, resumes, project descriptions, and proposal forms.
Advanced expertise in Adobe InDesign with a strong command of layout design, template creation, and complex document formatting for high-quality, professional deliverables.
Collaborate with technical staff, marketing, and business development leads to ensure proposal content is accurate, well-written, and aligned with firm differentiators.
Track proposal schedules and oversee layout, production, and delivery of final proposal documents.
Manage pursuit calendars, internal deadlines, and deliverable trackers to meet submission requirements.
Organize and archive proposal content and support materials in shared libraries for future use.
Participate in go/no-go meetings, debriefs, and continuous improvement discussions.
Required Skills
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills to coordinate inputs, maintain alignment, and support proposal strategy.
Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes for public agencies and private clients.
Moderate understanding of proposal lifecycle, document management systems, and version control practices.
Strong experience with CRM platforms, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), market research tools, visual layout software, and proposal management systems.
Strong written communication and storytelling skills with an eye for persuasive content.
Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines, formatting consistency, and version control.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse teams under pressure.
Familiarity with file naming conventions, submission logistics, and government forms (e.g., SF330).
Awareness of internal staff experience, firm services, key projects, and competitive positioning.

Structural Inspector

Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Inspector located in the United States. The Structural Inspector will be responsible for performing inspections, assessments, and quality control of structural components and materials. They will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, perform detailed reports, and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain structural integrity in construction projects.
In LA and the Bay area, we need someone with experience with structural inspections, database management, and certifications for fairly massive structures that support critical rail infrastructure.
You must have experience maintaining and inspecting these semi-massive structures and experience with pour reinforced concrete plinth inspections plus.
Qualifications:
Experience in structural inspections and assessments
Knowledge of regulatory standards and building codes
Quality control and reporting skills
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
